By downloading, installing, or using the Al-Furqan application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Al-Furqan is an Islamic mobile application that provides:

• Quran reading with tafsir, translation, and audio recitation
• Prayer times and Qibla direction
• Dhikr counter and dua library
• Community features including groups, challenges, and leaderboards
• AI-powered Islamic assistant
• Spiritual journal and progress tracking
• Islamic calendar

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Guest access is available with limited features
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or have parental consent

4. User Conduct

When using community features, you agree not to:

• Post content that is offensive, hateful, or inappropriate
• Spam, harass, or impersonate other users
• Share misleading Islamic content or false religious rulings
• Attempt to exploit or disrupt the service
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

5. Content Guidelines

All community posts must be respectful and align with Islamic values. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

6. Intellectual Property

The Al-Furqan brand, design, and proprietary features are protected by intellectual property laws. Quran text and authentic Hadith content are public Islamic heritage. User-generated content remains the property of the respective users.

7. Disclaimer

Al-Furqan provides Islamic content for educational and spiritual purposes. The AI assistant and automated features are supplementary tools and should not replace consultation with qualified Islamic scholars for important religious matters.

8. Limitation of Liability

Al-Furqan is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the application, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

الفرقان تطبيق إسلامي يقدم: قراءة القرآن مع التفسير والترجمة والتلاوة الصوتية، مواقيت الصلاة واتجاه القبلة، عداد الأذكار ومكتبة الأدعية، ميزات اجتماعية تشمل المجموعات والتحديات ولوحة المتصدرين، مساعد ذكي، يومية روحية وتتبع التقدم، حاسبة الزكاة والتقويم الهجري.

٣. سلوك المستخدم

• يجب أن يكون المحتوى المنشور محترمًا ومتوافقًا مع القيم الإسلامية
• يُمنع نشر محتوى مسيء أو تضليلي أو فتاوى دينية كاذبة
• يُمنع إزعاج المستخدمين الآخرين أو انتحال شخصياتهم

٤. إخلاء المسؤولية

يقدم تطبيق الفرقان المحتوى الإسلامي لأغراض تعليمية وروحية. المساعد الذكي أداة مساعدة ولا يغني عن استشارة العلماء المؤهلين في المسائل الدينية المهمة.
